What does Artisans AI Studio do?
Artisans AI Studio is a Mumbai design studio. We design and build websites, mobile apps and brand identities, then add the technology behind them: AI agents that answer customers, commerce and online stores, AR try-ons and workflow automation. One team handles design and engineering from first sketch to launch.
Where are you based, and do you work with clients outside Mumbai?
We are based in Mumbai, India, and work with brands across India and worldwide. Most projects run remotely over video calls, shared design files and a weekly update, so your location doesn't change how we work.
Can you build a WhatsApp AI agent for my online store?
Yes. We build AI sales and support agents for WhatsApp, Instagram and websites. They answer product questions in English, Hinglish or regional languages, check stock, share photos, confirm COD or UPI and hand the order to checkout, with a person stepping in when needed.
Do you design logos and brand identity?
Yes. We design logos, full brand identities and design systems: colours, typography, components and usage rules, so your website, app, packaging and posters all look like one brand.
What is an AR try-on, and does my brand need one?
An AR try-on lets shoppers see a product on themselves or in their room through their phone camera before buying. It suits fashion, eyewear, beauty, furniture and decor brands, where seeing the fit or scale is the main reason people hesitate or return orders.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, so we quote per project after a free 30-minute call. We also work on monthly retainers for brands that want a standing design and AI team.
How long does it take?
A marketing website usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. A mobile app or custom AI system takes 8 to 14. Either way, you'll see working prototypes in the first two weeks.
Can you add AI to a site or app we already have?
Yes. Most of our AI, commerce and AR work connects to what you already use: Shopify, WordPress, Tally, your CRM or your WhatsApp Business account. No rebuild needed.
Which AI models do you use?
Whichever fits the job and the budget. We pick per use case, and we design systems so you can swap models later without starting over.
Is our customer data safe?
Your data stays in accounts you own. We don't use it to train anything outside your project, and we sign an NDA before we see a single file.
